Information about my ancestors – my 8th great grandfather and great grandmother were married in Westminster Abbey.  This wedding took place in 1659 on the 4th of July.  They came to America the next year.  He was the Lt. Governor of the Colony of Connecticut.  William Jones, 1624-1706.  His wife, my 8th great grandmother, Hannah Eaton 1633-1707. They are buried in Grove Cemetery, New Haven Connecticut.
