What did I see? There was definitely a blue ring around the full moon last night. I’m a bit puzzled. Was this really a blue moon? or something else?
The ring around the moon doesn’t show up in these photos but believe me, that ring was very blue and very striking. Dublin Ireland, 10:30 p.m. Saturday, August 28, 2010
