The following is an inscription found in the graveyard of this church
“Say, knyght, dawter to Lawrence Cheyne, esqwyr, of Cambridge shyre. A woman of nobyl blode, and most nobyl in grace and mannors. She dyed xxv Septemb. M.ccc.lxxiii, and was enterryed in this parysh church, abyding the body of her said husband; whos sowls God bring to everlastyng lyff.”

This is All Saints Church in England where my 9X Great Grandparents were married in 1619. They emigrated to North America in 1623 on the ship “Anne & Little James”. They were early settlers in Plymouth Colony.
